Job Summary:

• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial budgeting, analysis and improving the overall strength of the agency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations. Analyze the company's financial strengths and weaknesses.
• Demonstrate strategic planning, risk management, leadership qualities, communication skills, sound decision-making, and emotional intelligence.
• Experience with Abila Accounting software is a major plus!
• Previous CSB experience is a plus.
• Master’s degree in Accounting and relevant experience
• CPA Preferred
