We are now identifying exceptional candidates to be considered for a Chief Financial Officer position.
This position will be based in Costa Mesa, CA but will be hybrid after training (approximately 90 days).Chief Financial Officer Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field (Masters preferred).10+ years of progressive financial/accounting career path growth.Behavioral/Mental Health experience.Familiarity with Great Plains, GAAP, Excel, etc.Familiarity with a substance-use-disorder- specific EMR is highly preferred.Chief Financial Officer duties:Manage financial contract compliance related to the Behavioral/Mental Health field.Oversee the billing, collections, and appeals for private insurance regarding Mental Health Services.Prepare responses to RFP's, RFA's, and grant applications (financial portions).Prepare budget projections and financial forecasts.Prepare financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annually).Manage payroll through ADPChief Financial Officer Details:Full TimeCompetitive SalaryRobust Full Benefits401KHybrid PositionInterviewing immediately, please send your resume to
