This position puts you at the center of the business, responsible for setting long-term strategy, aligning the leadership team, strengthening client relationships and guiding the company's next phase of growth. You'll have the autonomy to build on an established business with a diversified portfolio and long-standing client relationships.
Responsibilities Include:
- Driving the company's long-term vision, strategy and market position.
- Leading overall business performance across operations, finance, business development and project delivery.
- Full P&L ownership and enterprise accountability.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of executive leadership experience with a large-scale commercial construction organization
- Track record of developing leadership teams, driving business performance and executing long-term growth strategies.
- Leadership style centered on accountability, trust, sound judgment and long-term organizational development.
- Bachelor's Degree
