Location: New Orleans, Louisiana (On-Site) We are seeking a confident engineering leader to oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building systems in a Class A office environment. This opportunity offers the chance to guide a team, support client-facing operations, and help drive preventive maintenance and capital planning across a busy property. Oversee the maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems and equipment. Create and maintain preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance plans, while responding to emergencies and service calls. Lead budget planning, contractor oversight, technical training, and ongoing communication with the property team and client. People management experience, including leading a team and managing staff performance.
Trade school education, union training, military service, or college experience is desirable.
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams; Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift, and/or drive, along with strong customer service, communication skills, and a valid driver license.
