Change Management AnalystIn order to continue and accelerate our growth, we are looking for change management specialists to add to our Seattle, Washington-based team. The Change Management Analysts will work with client organizations to drive change and project results within environments containing ambiguity and changing requirements. They have experience prescribing and implementing lean thinking and project management techniques.
Collaborating with clients to develop clear business objectives, they will help drive and execute key management strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. They will prepare executive presentations, communication plans, and supporting deliverables to improve acceptance of the client initiative.Required:Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of change management experience, or Master's Degree with a Change Management/Organization Design focus2+ years consulting experience, preferably at a "Big 4" or similar firm strong desiredAccomplished in strategic communications, structuring of presentations, storyboarding, and graphical representation of dataSkilled in both quantitative and qualitative analysisAbility to confidently present summary findings at all levels of an organizationDemonstrated training expertiseSharePoint experience a plusAbility to be flexible and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to drive projects to timely completionAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamPreferred:Ability to work with senior leadership and across the organization to facilitate the application of various approaches, frameworks, and methodologiesAbility to deal with ambiguity and operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionAbility to think conceptually and strategically and maintain a focus on operational excellence and day-to-day tacticsAbility to confidently raise issues with executives, senior leadership, and peers in order to identify and push stakeholders beyond resistanceAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentPossession of excellent oral and written communicationCompensation & BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
