Description

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum of ten years progressive finance experience in a nonprofit organization
- At least three years in a similar CFO position
- Experience in nonprofit accounting, including fund and grant accounting
- Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare audits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational ability
- Experience with complex funding and revenue streams
- Proficiency in developing financial policies and procedures
- Experience with financial analysis and strategic vision planningKnowledge of state regulations regarding cost allocations
- Experience in directing audits and financial reporting
