Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and audits.
- Partner with the CEO on strategic planning and contract negotiations.
- Oversee grants, funding reports, and nonprofit compliance.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial controls.
- Direct billing, collections, revenue cycle, and receivables.
- Lead capital projects and support facilities planning.
- Collaborate with the Board Finance Committee on financial strategy.
- Build, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive nonprofit finance experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in grant accounting, federal/state funding, and nonprofit compliance.
- Experience with Medicaid and Medicare audits.
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
