CFO Advisory: Senior Manager, Transaction & Separation

Stout is seeking a seasoned Transaction Advisory professional to lead separation and carve-out engagements for private equity sponsors and corporate clients. You will oversee workstreams from due diligence through standalone Day 1 readiness, coordinating finance, IT, HR, and other functions.

Youll develop execution roadmaps, validate target operating models, and present findings to CEOs and CFOs. Diverse cross-functional collaboration and client leadership are essential to success.
