Your Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician assessment
- Collaborate effectively with radiologists and members of the care team to ensure precise and thorough diagnoses
- Accurately position patients and calibrate imaging equipment for maximum efficacy
- Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and staff
- Maintain accurate records, covering imaging logs and the upkeep of equipment
- Deliver compassionate care throughout the imaging experience, ensuring each patient feels respected and supported
- Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient imaging room
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage
- Must have graduated from an accredited radiology program
- Active ARRT certification in Radiography and/or CT
- Current BLS certification or the ability to procure one within 90 days of hire
- Thorough understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations
- Outstanding communication abilities with both patients and interdisciplinary teams
