As Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) the expectations are:
- To provide care for the residents such as bathing, dressing, serving meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- To assist with ambulating, turning, and positioning the resident
- To follow the direction of the nurses and other licensed medical professionals.
- To be a flexible, caring, supportive member of the team
CNA Qualifications:
- Must be an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA); in the state of Delaware
- Previous Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred; but not required
- Ability to build rapport with our residents
