- Monitor clients' vital signs and report any abnormal signs and symptoms.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including eating, bathing, dressing, and providing fluids.
- Implement restorative care practices as necessary, including the use of assistive devices and range of motion activities.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols in all care activities.
