Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
- Move products and materials throughout the warehouse or facility.
- Inspect forklifts before operation and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Follow all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
- Current Forklift Operator Certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of forklift operating experience preferred.
- Experience with sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or cherry picker equipment is a plus.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math and inventory skills.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
