Centralized Processing SpecialistWe are currently seeking a Centralized Processing Specialist.As an East West Bank employee, you will be part of a growing and stable organization that provides career path development opportunities while serving a growing and profitable market.As a valuable East West Bank team member, your duties (not limited to) will include:Performing accounting and/or GL reconcilement tasksProcess Return Items, Non-Post Transactions, and ATM BalancingHandle customer's inquiries clearly via phone and emailOperate with little or no supervision and exercise independent judgment in completing assignmentsQualifications:Banking Back Office Operations experience within a banking institution requiredFIS IBS Insight systems experience is a plusMinimum 1 year of back office operations banking experienceCollaboration/People skillsIntegrity/DutifulnessAvailable to work overtime as neededExcellent customer service and communication skillsMust be able to adapt and work in a fast paced environment with sensitive deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programsDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsAdhere to policy and procedures and attendance requirementsApplicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
