Center Medical Director – Geriatric Primary Care Leader

CVS Health is seeking a Center Medical Director to lead the clinical team at our Augusta center. The CMD will practice primary care alongside providers, dedicating 80% of time to clinical duties and 20% to administration, mentoring clinicians and guiding care-model implementation.

You'll collaborate with Practice and Outreach managers, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure evidence-based, high-quality care while fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
