Known for a collaborative, pro-project mindset, Creative partners with clients, contractors, and designers to deliver top-tier transportation and civil engineering projects.Position SummaryAs a CEI Resident Compliance Specialist, you'll ensure regulatory compliance on State- and Federal-funded construction projects, with an emphasis on FDOT requirements, EEO/AA laws, DBE, and OJT programs.
