Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
- Negotiate and manage complex supplier agreements, master service agreements, and project-specific contracts
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Evaluate supplier proposals and drive supplier selection decisions
- Manage multiple contracts and sourcing events simultaneously
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver procurement excellence
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain
- Strong contract negotiation and contract management experience
- Proven experience leading RFP/RFI/RFQ processes from start to finish
- Knowledge of supplier evaluation, pricing strategies, commercial terms, and procurement best xhqgsiq practices
- Experience sourcing both equipment and services
Preferred Qualifications:
- Utilities, Energy, Renewable Energy, Battery Storage, or Power Generation industry experience
- Experience with OEM suppliers and power equipment
- Understanding of supply chain risks, tariffs, and global sourcing strategies
- Experience managing complex supplier agreements
