We employ more than 3000 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana, California and offices in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Japan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Germany, the UK, and France.We're looking for a Cash Applications Clerk to join our Accounts Receivable and Collections team to apply customer payments to customer orders in a customer-facing, high volume, fast-paced environment. Critical skills include familiarity with accounts receivable processes, troubleshooting skills, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to interface effectively with operations and customer service departments.You'll report to the Accounts Receivable Manager and work onsite from our Santa Ana, CA office.This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.What You'll Do:Apply customer payments to their accounts accurately and in a timely fashionPrepare daily bank deposits by using a scanner and then posting to the appropriate customer orderProcess customer credit card payments in accordance with company policyReconcile payments to ensure proper applicationMaintain files, including scanning documents to electronic filesTroubleshoot problem orders and accounting holdsCreate, maintain/track, and close show order projectsResolve customer short payments by contacting the customer via email and phoneAnswer and respond to customer incoming phone calls and emails in a timely mannerWork with new and changing company processesOccasional travel requiredWho You Are:Detail-oriented with the ability to multitaskOrganized and solution-oriented, with excellent time management skillsA proven team player with strong communication and interpersonal skillsIntermediate to advanced computer skills, including Salesforce, MS Excel, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Gmail interface), and ERP systemsNetsuite and Salesforce is a plusPositive attitude2-5 years of cash application, accounts receivable or related experience in a fast paced, high-volume environmentAccounting Certificate or Associate Degree preferredBilingual in English/Spanish is a plusHourly Range:The hourly range for this position is $21-$25.
