Twin City Staffing is hiring a custom framer and carpenter to join a family-oriented team in Minneapolis, MN! This premier first-shift position offers competitive pay, profit sharing, and a climate-controlled shop environment. Hours: Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Rare Saturday overtime as needed)

Duties of the carpenter:
- Operate CNC-driven equipment to produce custom framing and building components
- Bend, form, and frame materials according to blueprints and strict specifications
- Accurately utilize precision measuring tools and perform shop math calculations
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship while adhering to all shop safety guidelines
Requirements of the carpenter:
- 5+ years of experience in construction, metal framing, or structural manufacturing
- High proficiency with precision measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, micrometers) and blueprint reading
- Strong mathematical aptitude for precise shop calculations and material layout
- Successful completion of a national background check
