The Career Navigator delivers a range of services including career counseling and coaching, skills evaluation, transitional employment support, career readiness training, job placement, and retention assistance. The role also includes case coordination, tracking, and reporting to ensure comprehensive support for individuals pursuing meaningful employment. The Career Navigator works closely with internal teams and external partners to provide seamless, in-person services while maintaining strong, positive relationships. This position emphasizes building trust and supportive connections with clients, including justice-involved individuals, through multiple communication channels such as in-person meetings, phone, and email, to promote successful employment outcomes. Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in compliance with funder requirements, organizational policies, and applicable laws • Provide career navigation services including job placement assistance, job retention support, and individualized career counseling • Provide individualized, comprehensive case management services designed to meet participant needs, including individuals with justice system involvement • Track, organize, and report caseload data using Caseworthy and other systems to support program performance and outcomes • Act as the main contact for participants, coordinating services across internal departments and external partners to ensure effective support Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport, especially with justice-involved individuals • Demonstrated experience managing a caseload and meeting deadlines in a performance-driven environment • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in workforce development, career services, case management, or a similar professional setting • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred • Strong organizational, multitasking, and independent decision-making skills Compensation: $43,680
