This position offers the opportunity to join a collegial team of dedicated heart failure physicians, providing comprehensive, team-based care across the full spectrum of advanced heart failure and pulmonary vascular disease.Program OverviewThe Advanced Heart Failure program is a core pillar of the Sands-Constellation Heart & Vascular Institute and supports a broad referral base across the Finger Lakes and Western New York region.
