ChristianaCare is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer I to perform high-quality echocardiographic studies for adult and/or pediatric patients. In this role, you will acquire and optimize ultrasound images, perform Doppler and color flow analysis, and follow standardized imaging protocols to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. You will work closely with cardiologists, nurses and other team members, ensuring patient safety, comfort and clear communication throughout each exam.
