Somnia Anesthesia, a physician-owned, clinician-led anesthesia group, is seeking Cardiac Anesthesiologists to join our growing team at Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana, CA. Located in a beautiful coastal setting, this role offers an active, high-acuity practice in a fast-paced surgical environment. Clinicians will work within a collaborative Care Team Model supported by an established team.

- 4 ORs, 282 beds, Level II Trauma Center, Level III NICU
- Trauma OR1 24/7 coverage, OR2 8-10 hours shifts, Adding 2 new ORs
- CRNAs handle non-trauma ORs and OB Call (24-hour)
- Total Cases 6,980, OB Cases 1,142, Cath Lab Cases 1,500, GI Cases 579, IR Cases 1,050
- Care Team Model (currently 5 physicians and 8 CRNAs)
Compensation
- W2 compensation $650k annually
- OB 24-hour call (pager) $4,500
- $25K Commencement Bonus
