• Work in a collaborative care team environment alongside other anesthesia professionals.
• The Cardiac team at St. Joseph Hospital will be comprised of an Anesthesiologist.
• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world.
• Our team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of complex cardiac procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacements, arrhythmia surgeries, and other cardiac interventions.
• Work closely with a high-performing cardiac surgery team that works together to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.

Compensation

• Annual compensation between $550,000 – $585,000
• W2 & 1099 options available
• Commencement bonus of up to $50,000

Shift & Schedule

• Various flexible scheduling options, including W2 or 1099.
• A full-time CV anesthesiologist's workload consists of: Week 1: Daytime OR cases (Monday – Friday); Week 2: Daytime OR cases (Monday through Friday) + home pager call (nights and weekends); Week 3: No clinical obligations.
• Flexible schedule that allows for work-life balance.

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible.
• Cardiac Fellowship trained.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
