What You'll Do
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive key strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on business transformation, operational improvement, growth strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and guide teams through change management and adoption efforts.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles, while creating practical solutions to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Track success through measurable business outcomes and ensure long-term sustainability of implemented changes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by bringing structured problem solving and strategic thinking to complex business challenges.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of project management, strategy, transformation, or consulting experience.
- Background within financial services, wealth management, banking, or a related industry preferred.
- Experience at a leading management consulting firm is highly valued.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success turning strategy into execution and delivering measurable results.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
