Business Systems AnalystThe purpose of these positions is to add operational capacity to accelerate migrations from LCHC to IMN. These positions are covered by the 2024 Medical Network budget. Retiring the legacy CHs and their supporting systems will result in $8M reduction in operational cost by 2028 and an IRR of 20%.
These roles will provide analysis for the migration effort, will interact with business and technology teams, and will be responsible for customer configuration, transaction testing, analysis of data/output differences, difference and issue resolution, business requirements and documentation.These positions need to be sourced domestically due to the need for engagement with SMEs, support, product, and engineering teams. These positions are part of a 26-person migration team being built to focus on the migration of payers and submitters from the LCHC clearinghouse to IMN. The team will be comprised of SMEs (FTEs), 5 onshore BSAs, 10 offshore BSAs, edit analysts (FTEs), 3 project managers, a tech writer and 5 enrollment specialists.
Members of the team will engage with multiple product and engineering teams during this project.These resources need the following skills: 1) experience/knowledge of X12 transactions (specifically 837s and 835s) - 1-3 years, 2) demonstrative analytical/problem solving skills - 3-6 years, 3) experience/knowledge of US Healthcare systems - 1-3 years, 4) experience with electronic data interchange - 1-3 years, 5) excellent verbal and written communication skills, 6) experience with UNIX, a large migration project and/or claims processing/adjudication is a plus. A minimum of two rounds of interviews will occur before an offer is extended. Interview will be conducted via video (preferably Teams).
Interview would be 1:1 or panel. Interviews will not be technical; however, the candidate will need to be able to demonstrate their experience with X12, problem solving, etc.
