Business Systems Analyst- Fraud Protection

Business AnalystThe business analyst in this role will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create both experience and technical requirements for rich features and functionality to support our B2B partner experience on our website and supporting systems. One of the primary responsibilities of the business analyst is to bring the right set of stakeholders together to ensure we have aligned requirements to enhance our partner experience. Key skills for this role include:Strong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to understand and explain issues from both a technical and a business functional point of view and recommend solutions to business problems.Strong facilitation skillsAble to demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze and document business process flow, data flow and requirements/users’ stories in clear, concise wayAble to synthesize data into meaningful, actionable documentsAbility to assist in UAT includes defining test strategy and risksExperience in creating feature roadmapsAbility to contribute and help create business casesStrong understanding of ecommerce technologyA day in the life:Converting and documenting business requirements into technical requirementsTranslating business strategy into roadmaps for consumption by teamsPrioritizing requirements based on business and technical needsDeveloping and documenting testing strategies and managing testing executionLeading impact assessment, and dependency management and ensuring architectural decisions included in designAligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with business and technical stakeholdersUtilizing artifacts such as business requirements documents (BRDs), JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirements alignment sessionsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to gain alignment within constraints of the project or workWorks closely with Product Managers, Business Owners and Technology teams to ensure requirements are in place and understood.

Responsible for ensuring acceptance criteria is aligned. Works closely with Architects to ensure system implications/dependencies are understood.
