The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile payment experiences.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for mobile payment solutionsCollaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end payment featuresSupport integrations with payment gateways, wallets, and banking systemsTranslate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flowsEnsure compliance with industry standards (PCI-DSS, security, and regulatory requirements)Participate in UAT, defect tracking, and production support activitiesDrive process improvements and enhance customer payment journeysRequired Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in fintech or paymentsStrong knowledge of mobile payments, digital wallets, UPI, card payments, and payment gatewaysExperience with APIs, integrations, and system workflowsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in banking, fintech, or digital payments platformsKnowledge of payment processing lifecycle (authorization, clearing, settlement)Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
