Business System Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support endpoint management and security initiatives through project coordination, data analysis, and direct customer engagement. This role sits at the intersection of technical project delivery and stakeholder communication, requiring someone who can manage moving pieces across a project while also representing the work clearly to customers and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across endpoint management and security initiatives, tracking progress, dependencies, and deliverables
• Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders, translating technical project status into clear, actionable updates
• Build and maintain customer relationships, including proactive outreach and ongoing engagement with business stakeholders
• Maintain SharePoint sites supporting project and team documentation
• Conduct cost analysis to support budget tracking and project decision-making
• Analyze data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to ongoing projects
• Manage and track work using Jira, ensuring visibility into task status and team capacity
• Collaborate across technical and business teams to keep project work aligned and moving

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Experience supporting endpoint management and/or security-related projects
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate findings into clear recommendations
• Proficiency with Jira or similar work management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and represent project work externally
• High energy and a collaborative, hands-on approach to project work

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Tanium, Microsoft Defender, or Microsoft Intune
• Experience with UiPath or other automation/RPA tools
• Experience supporting mobile device management programs
