Business System Analyst-RetailLocation: Seattle WA (Onsite)Duration: 6+ MonthsJob Description:Must have Retail exp, SQL, AWS, working exp with MDM or DAM productsResponsibilities:Provide written business requirements documents (BRD) inclusive of business, functional, non-functional, and user requirements that are actionable by development teamsUses structured tools/Visio for analysis and presentation of concepts, process mapping and models to enhance the BRDAccountable for Workstream planning process including inception, technical design, development, testing and delivery of solutionsUse appropriate visualizations for a given metric or nature of dataDefine and execute scenario-based test plansDevelop, maintain and deliver documentations for the end-usersWork collaboratively with other team members to ensure system modifications meet business needsDevelop, maintain and deliver training to Product users on both application functionality and integrationsWork with external consultants, internal and external developers throughout the development and configuration cycles to ensure systems and modification meet business needsSystem integration specs & requirements documentationWorking with various stakeholders for requirement elicitation and analysis in partnership with product management.Scrum / Sprint backlog and Backlog management / epic and story creationCoordinate and support software releases and post deployment validationsQualifications:Excellent spoken and written communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)Strong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent with tools like Visio, Jira, ConfluenceKnowledge of SQL for analysis and reporting (Oracle /SQL server)Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentSolid hands-on functional testing experience including Test Case Development with over 5 years of experienceAbility to manage and complete multiple tasks within tight deadlinesMust have: Working experience in dealing with large-scale enterprise systemsDesired: Retail experience is a plus.
