In this role, you will analyze end-to-end business processes, document workflows, and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance across pain management and chronic care product lines. You will configure and support process-related systems, develop SOPs, and create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
Partnering with clinical, supply chain, finance, and IT teams, you’ll lead requirements gathering, manage small to mid-size improvement projects, coordinate user acceptance testing, and train end users on new or updated processes and tools.
