This opportunity is ideal for a mid-level to senior attorney with 5–7 years of experience handling complex environmental, regulatory, and commercial litigation matters.The ideal candidate will have substantial experience navigating federal and state regulatory agencies, managing administrative proceedings, and litigating sophisticated environmental and business disputes.Responsibilities:Represent clients in complex environmental and regulatory mattersHandle litigation involving environmental compliance, enforcement actions, and administrative proceedingsAppear before federal and state agencies, administrative tribunals, and courtsDraft motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and regulatory filingsConduct legal research and develop litigation and regulatory strategiesAdvise clients on environmental laws, regulations, and agency requirementsManage discovery, hearings, and other litigation-related mattersCollaborate with clients and legal teams on high-stakes business and environmental disputesQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school5–7 years of environmental, regulatory, and complex commercial litigation experienceStrong experience with administrative law, agency proceedings, and regulatory enforcement mattersExperience handling matters before federal and state agencies and courtsDemonstrated knowledge of environmental laws and regulatory frameworksExcellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skillsFederal clerkship experience strongly preferredStrong academic credentials requiredCompensation & Benefits:Salary range: $240,000 – $320,000 annuallyPerformance-based bonus opportunityMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) retirement planPaid Time Off (PTO) and vacation benefitsCompetitive benefits package and professional development opportunities
