Requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews to define Personas, Use cases, metrics, KPIs, and data sources. Data profiling and assessment of data quality, completeness, and lineage for identified source systems. Transformation logic creation (ETL/ELT) required to support dashboard metrics. Development of interactive dashboards in Tableau with role-based views and filters. Implementation of visualizations for agreed metrics and KPIs. Basic performance tuning and optimization for dashboard load times. Documentation: requirements, design, ETL spec, user guide. Knowledge transfer session(s) for end users.
