Business AnalystWe are seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our client's growing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at gathering and translating business requirements, partnering with cross-functional teams, and ensuring solutions align with business goals.What You’ll Do:Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, objectives, and pain pointsLead requirements-gathering activities including interviews, workshops, and working sessionsDocument clear, concise business and functional requirements (user stories, process flows, use cases, etc.)Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure shared understandingCollaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations, Data, etc.) throughout the project lifecycleValidate requirements, support testing efforts, and ensure delivered solutions meet expectationsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on requirements gatheringDemonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience translating business needs into clear, actionable documentationComfortable facilitating discussions, asking the right questions, and driving alignmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsNice to Have:Experience working in Agile or hybrid environmentsFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
