Employing a best-in-class strategy for the moments that matter, our team supports a fully integrated tech stack: Workday (Core HCM), Dayforce (Workforce Management), Avature (career site, applicant tracking & candidate relationship management), as well as Docebo (Enterprise Learning), and integrations to downstream partners for benefits administration, payroll, etc. This role will focus on supporting in our Talent Enablement space, with the primary system being Avature or Docebo.A day in the life:The Business Analyst works closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create business, functional and solution requirements for features and functionality to support our internal business needs and candidate experiences.
