Business AnalystCogent People Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation for project workflows and related system processes. This role is responsible for gathering and refining business requirements, supporting Agile delivery teams, and ensuring alignment between CMS processes, system functionality, and user needs.
The position supports analysis of workflows, data structures, and user interactions to ensure accurate and effective system implementation. The ideal candidate will bring experience in business analysis, Agile environments, and healthcare or MES-related systems, along with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams.
