Schedule
Monday-Friday
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- May transition to 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM after training
- Rotating on-call schedule shared with five other team members
What You'll Do
- Maintain and repair HVAC equipment including chillers, VAVs, and air handlers
- Troubleshoot pumps, motors, cooling towers, and related systems
- Service generators, UPS systems, and commercial kitchen equipment
- Perform plumbing, lighting, and general building maintenance
- Complete preventive maintenance and lockout/tagout procedures
- Change filters and belts, perform chemical testing/treatment
- Support building projects and day-to-day facility operations
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of HVAC and electrical troubleshooting experience
- Experience in commercial buildings, critical facilities, or Class A properties
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Preferred
- EPA 608 or 609 Certification

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
