Overview
Bridge Design-Senior Engineer role at Collins Engineers, Inc. in Denver. This role will be responsible for leading and managing the bridge designs for a variety of infrastructure projects throughout the Western United States. We are looking for experience with plan, specification, and estimate packages as well as load rating experience. Base pay range
$125,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate, lead, and review designs for a variety of bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects, assuming responsibility for design plans and calculations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team. Must have good communication skills and a solutions-based approach.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of bridge design projects, from concept to construction, while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide design recommendations, and address any concerns or questions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise staff as necessary to complete assignments.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Relocation is available.

- Self-motivated and able to mentor junior staff.
- Experience with plan, specification, and estimate packages as well as load rating experience.
