Branch Operations AssistantBe responsible for the client service operations functions of the branch following a wealth management or portfolio management business approach, including any operational functions necessary to meet client service and compliance requirements. This highly visible position requires a polished professional with superior communication, customer service, and organizational skills. The Branch Operations Assistant is responsible for facilitating an exceptional client experience for in-person visitors and those calling the branch phone line.The Impact You'll Make:Answer inquiries from internal associates and business partners in a professional and pleasant manner.
Act as a liaison between financial advisors and internal PWM support teamsAssist the Social Media strategy for the branch.Seek ways to enhance internal operations for the branch that provide FA(s) business effectiveness and marketabilityProcess daily check depositsMaintain knowledge of compliance policies for internal associate inquiriesCoordinate and arrange for branch luncheons, etc. Set up and maintain conference rooms, office supplies, and restockingSort, process and route incoming and outgoing mailCopy, fax, and file various materials as neededPerform other duties and special projects as neededWhat You'll Bring to Baird:High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, not required1+ years previous customer service or administrative experience; preferably in the financial services industryStrong technology aptitude with the ability to adopt new tools, including AI-enabled solutions, preferredExcellent verbal communication skills; excellent telephone and client service skillsDetail oriented.
