Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Build an outstanding environment where employees enjoy working and impact the community.
• Lead by example, empowering the team to offer loan products that meet customer needs.
• Ensure all loan options are presented for review in the lending process.
• Manage collection activities, including consulting with customers on past‑due loan payments.
• Attract, develop, and retain high‑quality and diverse talent.
• Coach team members, provide actionable feedback, and empower career growth.
• Drive branch performance by motivating the team while maintaining compliance with all policies and applicable laws.
• Use strategic thinking to prioritize and resolve issues promptly and consistently.
• Travel locally for business development purposes.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing within 6 months of start date.
• Preferred: College degree or experience with underwriting, credit decision, or related financial industry experience.
