Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Banking Branch Manager to lead branch operations, develop new business, and build strong relationships with commercial and small business clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in banking, a strong local network, and experience managing a book of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Develop and manage a strong portfolio of clients and prospects.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Identify opportunities to expand commercial and small business relationships.
• Manage and grow a personal book of business.
• Originate and support small business lending opportunities.
• Coach, develop, and motivate branch staff to achieve business goals.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking experience, with branch management or senior-level experience preferred.
• Proven book of business and demonstrated ability to develop new relationships.
• Strong experience with small business lending.
• Business development and relationship management experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Established network within the local business community preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
