Role Description:
Key Qualifications :
- Construction supply and drainage supply industry knowledge and experience required; demonstrated understanding of construction materials, drainage products, applications, inventory management, purchasing, sales and customer needs within the construction and infrastructure sectors
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory/management capacity
- Ability to multi-task, be highly organized, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in computer applications and business software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, builders, municipalities, engineers, and other industry stakeholders preferred
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Successfully rent and sell all products and service by providing necessary key resources: products, people, materials and time
- Plan, direct and coordinate activities to develop and control sales and service programs to produce the targeted product and service sales volume and margins
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide adequate sales and service coverage
Purchase all necessary products for service, rental, and stock
- Use all available methods to receive the best rate or price for products using available discount programs, volume discounts, freight discounts, to maximize cost savings
- Maintain a constant stock of necessary products
- Track and expedite all orders as necessary
Successfully deliver service of recognized superior value by providing necessary key resources
- Have resources (people, vehicles and equipment) to effectively perform on time deliveries and service
- Effectively utilize resources
- Generate growth through expanding service offering

- Take corrective action on any items noted during these ongoing assessments to ensure compliance with company appearance standards
- Maintain the building in sound working order and ensure the building is secure from theft and/or damage
