Summary
Lead boutique operations and sales to meet and exceed business goals. Develop the team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and maintain the boutique's luxury image.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales activities and coach the team to achieve sales and IPT targets.
- Plan special events, merchandising, and staff presentation.
- Monitor business performance, analyze results, and communicate insights to regional leadership.
- Build client relationships and ensure client information is entered into the CRM system.
- Manage inventory, scheduling, sampling, gifting, and boutique upkeep.
- Recruit and develop a collaborative, high-performing team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of prestige beauty, fragrance, or skincare sales and management experience in a boutique or freestanding store.
- Prior experience as a Business Manager, or in sales or training.
- Strong communication, networking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, empathetic, positive, and collaborative approach.
- Ability to maintain business confidentiality; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Availability to meet business needs and limited travel as required.
