Day to Day
  • Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior support plans
  • Oversee RBTs and ensure quality programming and consistency
  • Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs' clinical skills development
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans
  • Provide family training to promote skill generalization and maximize treatment success
  • Collaborate with families, RBTs, and other professionals (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists) to create a unified care approach
  • Ensure all remote sessions adhere to professional and ethical standards, following BACB guidelines, telehealth best practices, and applicable insurance requirements to deliver consistent, high-quality care
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Reliable access to technology (laptop, internet) for communication and data management
  • Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation for local travel to client homes and centers
