Job Summary
Connectify Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team in the Denver Metro Area. We are primarily seeking a full-time BCBA, while also welcoming part-time candidates who are a strong fit for our team.

This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced Clinical Director, while providing services across clinic, home, and school-based settings in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs
Monitor client progress and update programming as needed
Conduct parent/caregiver training
Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary providers
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BACB standards
Participate in clinical discussions and contribute to the ongoing development of quality services across the organization
Requirements
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Reliable transportation for travel between clinic, home, school, and community based service locations as needed
Full-Time Compensation & Benefits
$92,000 to $115,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.
