Role Description

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children receiving services at New Hope Health. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring progress through ongoing data collection and analysis. The BCBA will provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians, collaborate closely with families, and deliver parent education and support sessions to promote generalization of skills. This position involves participating in interdisciplinary discussions, documenting all services in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, and maintaining clear communication with caregivers and team members. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sterling, VA, with a combination of on-site sessions and some work-from-home activities such as planning, documentation, and virtual meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and adjust data-driven treatment plans.
• Skills in Parent Education and family collaboration, including coaching caregivers on behavior support strategies.
• Knowledge of Psychology and Behavior Management to address a range of developmental and behavioral needs.
• Current BCBA certification and adherence to BACB ethical guidelines.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with neurodiverse children and adolescents in clinical, school, or home settings.
• Effective communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, including reliable transportation to Sterling, VA and appropriate remote work setup.
