Full-time salary of $92,000 to $115,000 annually

Job Summary

Connectify Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team in the Denver Metro Area. We are primarily seeking a full-time BCBA, while also welcoming part-time candidates who are a strong fit for our team.

This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced Clinical Director, while providing services across clinic, home, and school-based settings in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs
• Monitor client progress and update programming as needed
• Conduct parent/caregiver training
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary providers
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BACB standards
• Participate in clinical discussions and contribute to the ongoing development of quality services across the organization

  Requirements

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Reliable transportation for travel between clinic, home, school, and community based service locations as needed
  • $92,000 to $115,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.
