Connectify Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team in the Denver Metro Area.

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs
- Monitor client progress and update programming as needed
- Conduct parent/caregiver training
- Collaborate with families,educators, and interdisciplinary providers
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BACB standards
- Participate in clinical discussions and contribute to the ongoing development of quality services across the organization
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable transportation for travel between clinic, home, school, and community based service locations as needed
