Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized treatment and behavioral support plans
  • Develop new programs and adjust existing ones based on ongoing assessment
  • Collaborate with a treatment team including directors, parents, and other support networks
  • Provide training, supervision, and support to clinicians and therapists
  • Maintain open communication with funding sources regarding client progress
  • Balance a caseload of billable hours alongside supervisory duties

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR a Master’s degree with completed ABA coursework
  • Required: Knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in a foreign language is a plus
  • Ability to engage in higher‑level management functions as needed
  • Strong communication skills to routinely engage with team members regarding schedules and client needs
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
