Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) across Florida, with full-time and part-time positions available. The BCBA will oversee treatment programs, supervise behavior technicians, and partner with families to create positive, lasting outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing ABA organization with a collaborative and supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools to ensure treatment consistency
- Track and document client progress, adjusting programming as necessary
- Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and organizational standards
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for helping children with ASD and their families
- Ability to balance a caseload in a dynamic environment
