Functions listed may be modified to fit business needs):Recruit, hire, and train employees to become strong team members of Blue Water, ensuring excellent customer serviceSupport, encourage, and challenge all employees for growth and success within Blue WaterResolve and/or escalate customer complaints, in a timely and professional mannerImplement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well keptEnsure all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe mannerCreate effective orders to help keep products in stockMaintain quality fuel brand image standardsIn a consistent and professional manner, supervise and discipline all store employees according to company policyMonitor daily retail gasoline competitors and sending the prices to the corporate office in a timely manner as established by managementMeet paperwork and computer entry deadlines for C-Store locations, Payroll and Human Resources as established by each departmentCreate employee schedules, monitor and edit electronic timecards throughout the week; approve timecards weekly by the designated deadlineMonitor cash overages/shortages, inventory shrinkage, and drive-offs dailyConduct Store meetings as needed with employeesHave the physical ability to perform all duties of the Assistant Manager and a store cashierUnderstand all information in the daily reporting of store operationsFollow and enforce all Company Policies and Established Procedures in the store OperationsImplement monthly promotions, insure all POS advertising/signage is properly posted at the proper timeCommunicate any problems with merchandise pricing to the Price Book CoordinatorImplement and enforce all merchandising and vendor policies and proceduresEnforce all Safety and Security Issues and report any and all unsafe conditionsFollow company procedures to report and process required communications and paperwork concerning all employee and/or customer incidents or accidentsWhy Join Bluewater?We're more than a convenience store—we're a team that values reliability, service, and growth.
